When I first installed the generator house, I was still working out problems with the generator (I actually still am) so I just plopped it down near the studio for testing. Now that we’re using it regularly due to the abundance of rain this season (125 inches so far this year), and because we’re about to get a delivery of cinder to make the space around the studio less muddy, I moved the generator up to a more level spot and mounted the house and the generator itself on pavers.
I’ve been waiting since April to have a stretch of sunny weather so that I can finally finish the exhaust system, so I still have to keep the generator house open or the exhaust leaks enough to trigger the CO sensor and shut it down.
