My morning’s adventure was going to see my primary care provider about my worsening fatigue. It’s getting frustrating to have much of each day lost to having to lie down in bed, or fight through dizzying tiredness. I did the half-hour drive into town in Joulee the Free Salvage Tesla, as all three weather models I consulted predicted a few hours of sunshine in the afternoon.
After my appointment, I took Luna the Big Dog™ to a park in town and we explored a new nature trail and walked about a mile and a half. It was quite pleasant and fun.
When I got back to the mountain, it was raining. It had apparently been raining all morning, and the rain kept up all afternoon. I diverted a couple of kilowatt-hours of energy to charge the car, but then thought better of it as the rain did not seem ready to abate. It’s now 17:30, the sun is setting, and the rain and dense overcast are still here.
I also got a fatigue episode before 13:00 — that’s unusual; it doesn’t usually happen until somewhat later. So the weather didn’t follow the forecasts, and my body didn’t hue to usual patterns. Both my personal batteries and the house batteries are on the low side, but will get us through until tomorrow. Tomorrow is forecast to be cloudy and rainy all day, but who knows? Sometimes, ya just gotta surrender to nature.
