It’s been almost eleven months since I last had a migraine. This one was similar to the last, complete with the confusion that kept me from recognizing what it was for several hours. It started in the very early morning (3-4 AM) but I didn’t figure out that I should take sumatriptan until near seven. The sumatriptan made the headache go away (huzzah!) but I’ve been mildly nauseated and mentally foggy all day.
HA and I had a call with a financial advisor today. Such things addle my brain on the best of days; today it was all I could do to keep up. Good thing HA was on her game!
One surprise: the beauty of our island compound wasn’t lost on my migranous brain. Even though the sun was brightly shining (arrrgh!) a stroll around the property did wonders for my disposition.
