As we get more and more comfortable with Luna the Big Dog’s™ behavior, HA is increasingly likely to let her off her leash on walks when there’s nobody else around. I’m still shy about it.
One of the features of this part of the island is deep gulches where the water runs from melting snow high on the volcano down to the sea.
Luna loves to explore the deep gulches, especially now that they have water in them. We have to be content staying on the wooden bridges as we cross.
