I subscribe to the Onion, a satirical newspaper. I often find myself reading an article immediately after ingesting a page of Onion headlines, and my brain is primed to accept the absurd and it takes a minute to shift gears and realize I’m consuming serious news. So it was that I was defenseless when I followed a reading of headlines from the Onion with this article from my very favorite news organization, 404 Media:
