We’ve had some rain lately. A lot of sunshine, too, which makes my solar plant happy. But the rain makes our front walk, which is grass, rather mushy. We’re in and out a lot working on the place and, while we can take off our shoes when we come in the house, Luna the Big Dog™ hasn’t yet figured out how to do that. While I’m not terribly housework averse, for some reason I can’t stand mopping floors. With the dog constantly tracking in mud, HA was spending way too much time mopping the floors.
We have slabs of lava rock that we’ve used for walkways elsewhere, so we made another rock walk. I hope it helps.
