Now that I have the new generator and the autotransformer, they need a home. I already had materials that I bought to build a house for the beast before it went bad, so I decided to get to work.

While I was doing that, The Hand continued painting the studio. He’s been painting the white trim, but since the trim was already primed in white primer, it wasn’t very noticable.

After many compound-angle saw cuts, the outline of the generator house is done. The top and front are unfolded, but they fold down to enclose the box which is built like a speaker cabinet.

Now I need to unbox the new generator and figure out where to place the exhaust system and the autotransformer. Once those are mounted, I can place the sound-dampening foam on the interior walls. Testing will follow. Then I’ll load everything in Timmy the Titan and take it down to the studio to install.
